All donations made on this website are voluntary and are not made in exchange for any goods or services. As such, donations are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the limited situations described below.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
A technical error resulting in a failed transaction where the amount is debited but not credited to the Trust
Duplicate transactions due to system or payment gateway issues
In such cases, the refund will be processed as per the policies of the payment gateway.
All online donations are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. The Trust does not store or process card, UPI, or banking details.
For failed or reversed transactions, refunds (if applicable) are handled by the payment gateway within their standard timelines.
If you believe a donation was made in error or duplicated, you may contact the Trust with the transaction details. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any decision made by the Trust shall be final.
